Come in ...

The porch opens into the cosy lounge, welcoming you with the comfortable sofas, stone inglenook fireplace housing the wood burner, TV and a selection of books.

Walk through to the kitchen/diner with the dining table taking centre stage with space for everyone to gather round and enjoy a meal together. The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher with all the extra equipment you need to rustle up a meal if you decide to eat in.

Around the corner is the lovely bathroom with a large shower & WC, and the double bedroom, designed for a good night’s sleep. Up the wooden staircase to the first floor you will find the further three beautiful bedrooms, another double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with exposed beams and lovely views to wake up to. After a full day out, relax in a hot bubble bath.

Outside ...

The house is surrounded by an enclosed garden with lawn, trees and gates to the lane overlooking the pool. This idyllic spot is perfect to unwind and embrace the view or to enjoy a morning coffee or al fresco dining on the picnic benches on the patio. If you are bringing your bikes, there is a shed with storage space and hose to wash them down.
