Idyllic Retreat
Down a country lane and opposite the ancient Llynhillyn Pool, our rustic cottage sleeps 8 plus infants. There is a downstairs double bedroom & bathroom, and upstairs 3 more bedrooms, one more double as well as another bathroom.
We have WiFi and smart TV as well as board games for cosy evenings or if the weather isn't so good.
We welcome your furry friends and have parking for 4 cars.

The porch opens into the cosy lounge, welcoming you with the comfortable sofas, stone inglenook fireplace housing the wood burner, TV and a selection of books.


Walk through to the kitchen/diner with the dining table taking centre stage with space for everyone to gather round and enjoy a meal together or enjoy a board game.

The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher with all the extra equipment you need to rustle up a meal if you decide to eat in. Around the corner is the lovely bathroom with a large shower & WC.


Next to the downstairs bathroom is the double bedroom, designed for a good night’s sleep and from the sitting room you can go up the old original wooden staircase to the first floor.

Upstairs you will find the further three beautiful bedrooms, another double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with exposed beams and lovely views to wake up to. After a full day out, relax in a hot bubble bath.

Be amazed by the rich, rolling green landscapes and glorious mountains of Powys, the largest county in Wales. The show grounds at Builth Wells, 10 miles away, not only hold the largest agricultural show in Europe, but events all year round. The Elan Valley is a must visit as well as feeding the Red Kites at Gigrin Farm, Rhayader.
Surrounded by the Radnorshire Hills, it is a lovely area for walking and cycling. There is a pub in walking distance but local towns are 10 miles away.
